My stay at Athena Hotel had its ups and downs. The staff were super friendly and helpful, which made the experience enjoyable. However, I faced issues like limited breakfast options and some cleanliness concerns that really dampened my stay.

The room I stayed in was clean and had comfortable beds, but I did notice some issues like excessive noise from the DND lights and a mini bar fridge that didn’t work initially. Plus, the lack of windows in my room was a bit of a letdown.

The service was definitely a highlight for me. The doorman, Mr. Phuc, was incredibly friendly and went out of his way to help us. However, I did have a frustrating experience with the front desk staff regarding room issues, which affected my impression overall.
